Our Vision

A Stronger, More Prosperous
Ebonyi Central

Seven commitments to the people of Ezza North, Ezza South, Ikwo, and Ishielu.

What We Stand For

These are not talking points. They are real problems affecting real families across Ebonyi Central, and they deserve real action at the Senate level.

01 💼

Youth Empowerment and Jobs

Too many of our young people leave Ebonyi Central for opportunities that should exist right here at home. Dr. Magnus Kel will push for the establishment of vocational training hubs and technology centres across all four LGAs, giving young men and women skills that translate directly into income. Through structured private sector partnerships and federal intervention, the goal is to create pathways to employment without leaving the community behind.

02 📚

Quality Education for Every Child

Crumbling classrooms and undertrained teachers are stealing the future from our children. This campaign is committed to securing federal support for the rebuilding and proper equipment of schools across Ezza North, Ezza South, Ikwo, and Ishielu. We will work to attract qualified teachers to rural postings through incentive programmes, and establish scholarship frameworks so that financial hardship is never the reason a bright child drops out.

03 🏥

Maternal and Primary Healthcare

No mother should die giving life. No child should be lost to a preventable illness because a health centre is too far away or too ill-equipped to help. Dr. Magnus Kel will champion the renovation and full staffing of primary healthcare centres in each LGA, with a particular focus on maternal health, trained midwives, and community health workers who can reach the most remote households. Every life in Ebonyi Central matters equally.

04 🌾

Agriculture and Rural Development

Ebonyi's fertile land is one of our greatest assets, yet many farmers still lack access to modern inputs, proper irrigation, and fair market access. This vision includes securing federal agricultural grants and partnerships to bring modern farming inputs directly to smallholder farmers. By connecting farmers to direct-to-market channels and reducing post-harvest losses, we can grow rural incomes significantly and make Ebonyi Central a net food surplus zone.

05 🛡️

Security and Peace

Communities cannot thrive where people do not feel safe. Dr. Magnus Kel understands that lasting security requires more than policing. It demands addressing the root causes: unemployment, land disputes, and lack of opportunity. The legislative agenda will include support for community policing structures that work with and for local people, while also pursuing federal investment in the infrastructure that makes communities economically stable and less vulnerable to conflict.

06 🛣️

Roads and Infrastructure

Bad roads cut communities off from markets, hospitals, and schools. Unreliable electricity raises the cost of every business. Lack of clean water drives illness. This campaign commits to fighting for the rehabilitation of key roads across all four LGAs, rural electrification programmes, and clean water access schemes that reach the most underserved communities. Good infrastructure is not a luxury. It is the foundation that everything else is built on.

07 👩‍💼

Women's Economic Inclusion

Women are the backbone of the Ebonyi Central economy. From farming to trading to running households, their labour is constant yet their access to formal economic support remains limited. This platform includes targeted micro-credit programmes for women entrepreneurs, market infrastructure grants for female traders, and support for women's cooperative societies. When women prosper, their families prosper, and the whole community rises with them.
